Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PDFDOK collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes personal data, including Google user data accessed through Google integrations.

1. What data we collect

We collect account details you provide directly, operational data required to deliver the service, and limited Google user data when an administrator connects Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Google Ads.

For Google integrations, this may include the connected Google account email address, OAuth access and refresh tokens, selected container IDs, measurement IDs, Search Console properties, Ads customer IDs, and related configuration metadata needed to operate the integration.

2. How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide the Google integration features requested by the administrator. This includes listing resources available to the connected account, creating resources when requested, linking those resources to this website, and showing related reporting inside the admin area.

We do not use Google user data for selling data, advertising targeting, data brokering, training general-purpose AI models, or any purpose unrelated to the requested integration feature.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to host, secure, or operate the application, or where required by law.

4. Storage and retention

Integration credentials and selected resource identifiers are stored only for as long as they are needed to keep the chosen integration active. When an administrator disconnects a Google service, the stored connection data for that service is cleared from the application.

5. Data deletion and revocation

Administrators can revoke Google access by disconnecting the related Google integration from the admin panel. Users may also contact support to request account or data deletion where applicable.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data and integration credentials against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
